Job Overview
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in our data management team. You'll be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to help us make informed business decisions. Your expertise will help us drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Define, own, and refine item achievement metrics. Work with Product Management, UX, and Designing to develop a comprehensive metric structure that connects to business objectives.
- Report, track, and explain key metrics and make recommendations to improve them. Identify critical item functionalities and evaluate their business impact.
- Collaborate with Designing teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-producing client experiences.
- Work with Product, Designing, and cross-functional teams to influence, focus on, and support product strategy. Apply technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions.
- Deliver successful presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year certification in Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a related quantitative field, or comparable functional experience.
- Three years of experience in data analysis applications (e.g., data mining, performing statistical analysis, or managing business issues), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with exploratory data analysis, data preparation, data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
- Experience in business analysis or operations support (e.g., consulting, project management, Six Sigma certification).
- Ability to apply statistical analysis to real-world data.
- Ability to complete projects independently and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
