The Role

As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through live chat, providing support and assistance, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. You'll also be expected to maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes, and identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer support processes
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
  • Work closely with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences
