Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Process packages and sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their unique needs
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide training and support to new team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and solutions to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
