Job Summary

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for performing everyday reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. You will work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents.

  • Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity.
  • Execute analysis of complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications.
  • Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly influence the Client/Advisor profile.
  • Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce.

Duties Analysis

* Review of subscription deals or transfer requests

  • Client/Advisor account exceptions
  • Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
  • Reconciliation of Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
  • Reconciliation across BOS and Fund Companies
  • Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
  • Trouble Addressing
  • Internal/External system improvements or concerns
  • Root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
  • Providing method or innovation service alternatives to Management
  • Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
  • Client or Company Companion Service
  • Answering business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
  • Providing follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
  • Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of regulatory commitments and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
