What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Data Entry Keyer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reading and accurately inputting data from customer and shipping orders, deciphering difficult handwriting as needed
- Keying data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system
- Verifying the accuracy of entered data and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Maintaining accurate logs of ongoing work and performing administrative duties such as filing and copying
- Spending approximately five hours daily on data entry and three hours on administrative tasks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
