What to Expect
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing billing support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Determining customers' needs and making recommendations for upgrade and add-on services
- Ensuring First Call Resolution (FCR) and complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC)
- Coding sales accurately and completely
- Providing exceptional customer service and building trust and rapport with customers

To ensure success in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- A computer with a separate monitor (dual monitors may be required on some client programs)
- High-speed wired Internet (no WiFi)

- Pass a background screening (no felonies or fraudulent behaviors)
- Meet the PC requirements (CPU speed, hard drive space, memory, operating system, and monitor recommendations)
- Meet the Mac requirements (Ethernet port, Boot Camp, and licensed version of Windows)
