Job Description

As a Consultant Streaming Support - Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting technical issues related to streaming services, devices, and platforms. You will work closely with customers to resolve their issues, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to customers of a global giant in the streaming media and entertainment industry

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming services, devices, and platforms
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with customers to identify solutions and provide recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest streaming services, devices, and platforms
  • Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions and track issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

  • Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
  • Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Technical support experience
  • Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
