Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users via phone, email, and our ticketing system. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Follow best practices for resolving tickets, including clarifying customer concerns, determining the root cause of issues, selecting and explaining the best solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records by updating account information in our CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Contribute to company-wide initiatives, such as adopting new technologies, updating product documentation, and providing support for launching new products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, becoming a subject matter expert and a valuable resource for your teammates.
  • Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support outside of standard business hours.
  • Consistently meet performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a software or healthcare-related environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related field.
  • A remote work environment that meets our cybersecurity and workplace policies.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Software experience, particularly with eMARs, EHRs, or other healthcare-related technologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
