You will also collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: * Providing real-time support to customers via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Assisting customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to other departments as needed * Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in areas such as product knowledge, technical support, and customer service Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner * Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution * Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not required * Proficiency in typing and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software applications and systems Experience We are looking for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support, although this is not a requirement.
