Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and prospective customers, handling inbound communications via phone, email, and other channels. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support, providing precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes. You'll assist clients through the loan application journey, clarifying required documentation and next steps, and address and resolve client issues or concerns related to their loan accounts, payments, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound communications via phone, email, and other channels, responding in a friendly and professional manner

  • Provide precise information regarding loan products, terms, conditions, and application processes
  • Assist clients through the loan application journey, clarifying required documentation and next steps
  • Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to their loan accounts, payments, and transactions
  • Ensure effective follow-up on customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Document client interactions accurately within the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with loan officers and team members to deliver seamless customer service and escalate complex issues when necessary
