Responsibilities

- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers
- Assisting customers in troubleshooting issues and navigating our website or platform
- Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses
- Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for record-keeping and improvement purposes
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
