Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting in Processing Weekly Sales: You'll play a crucial role in processing sales data, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. * Sending Out Welcome Packages: You'll be responsible for preparing and sending welcome packages to new clients, setting the tone for a positive and personalized experience. * Performing Related Clerical Duties: You'll assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and colleagues. * Maintaining Organization and Multi-Tasking: You'll be expected to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of organization to ensure seamless operations.
