Job Summary

As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process orders and maintain accurate records in our database
  • Screen and handle telephone calls in a proficient and professional manner
  • Maintain approved filing systems, including archiving and retrieval of Protest of Assignments
  • Perform mailings, including bulk mailings, contract mailings, newsletters, meeting notices, flyers, and other correspondence as directed
  • Copy, fax, and scan requested materials by deadline as directed
  • Prepare meeting materials as directed
  • Create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets for routine and special projects
  • Perform other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed

Requirements

* High school degree or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or customer service

  • Familiarity with database management systems
  • Experience with mailings and correspondence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
