As a Store Customer Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Successful retail management is a delicate balancing act between delivering on sales goals, providing top-notch customer service, and maintaining operational excellence
  • Surround yourself with positive influences and seek support from friends, family, or a mentor to continuously improve your skills and performance
  • Connect with customers by employing open-ended questioning to evaluate individual needs and preferences
  • Expertise in Learning and Imparting Proficiency of Products and Trends to Meet Customers' Standards

Qualifications

To be successful as a Store Customer Associate, you will need:

  • Up to three years of experience in retail, with a strong foundation in customer service, data entry, inventory management, and handling sales transactions
  • The ability to feel comfortable and confident in engaging with customers, with a passion for delivering an unmatched customer experience
  • A desire to achieve great results, fueled by the inspiration gained from dealing with customers and the thrill of sporting goods
  • The ability to carry out tasks or activities independently without regular oversight
  • A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and at night
