Job Summary
As a Customer Support Advisor in our busy inbound Customer Support & Sales department, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through expert sales skills. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and up-sell relevant products that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring that customers receive a great experience and problems are resolved first time
- Utilize expert sales skills to up-sell relevant products to customers, providing added peace of mind and ensuring their worlds are kept running
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and personalized solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and demonstrating empathy when required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, ensuring that arenaflex remains competitive and compliant
Essential Qualifications
* 12 months consecutive sales experience in one role within the last couple of years
- A driven mindset with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets
- Proven experience of working autonomously or in a home-based position
- Great communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen to customers, and demonstrate empathy when needed
- A team player committed to creating an excellent customer experience
- Unflappable and resilient attitude to juggle tasks and bounce back quickly

* Experience in the insurance industry or a related field
