Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Data Ventures team, which focuses on developing cutting-edge data products and analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that address complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Source Identification: Identify and extract relevant data from various sources, including external datasets and internal systems, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Problem Formulation: Analyze business problems and develop data-driven solutions to address them, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliverables.
- Analytical Modeling: Develop and deploy machine learning models to predict customer behavior, optimize business processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Model Deployment & Scaling: Collaborate with MLOps teams to deploy models to production, monitor performance, and optimize for scale.
- Code Development & Testing: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to develop and deploy data-driven solutions, ensuring high-quality testing and validation.
- Applied Business Acumen: Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, influencing stakeholder decision-making and driving business growth.
- Model Assessment & Validation: Evaluate model performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize model accuracy and robustness.
- Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop compelling data visualizations and stories to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, driving business decisions and actions.
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and programming.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
