Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including departmental logs, accounting sheets, and databases
  • Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests, ensuring timely and efficient processing
  • Check work process reports to guarantee required data is available, and request any missing documentation as needed
  • Output, print, and list reports as required
  • Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing
  • Monitor supply stock and arrange supplies as necessary
  • Assist other staff members in related tasks on a case-by-case basis

Essential Qualifications:

* Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

  • No prior work experience required
  • Standard office equipment and software proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
