Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the frontline ambassador for all inquiries and services related to arenaflex products and experiences. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing customer interactions through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You'll tackle challenges with a positive demeanor, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Maintaining a courteous and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support, escalating complex issues as necessary

Requirements
