The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer feedback, research, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with survey tools and methodologies, including online survey platforms and data analysis software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or psychology

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a research or innovation environment

  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer feedback and research
  • Experience with data visualization tools and software
  • Certification in customer feedback or research, such as the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) designation
