About the Position:

We're seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our team of customer service representatives and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, setting and monitoring performance standards, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, and developing and implementing customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality customer service and support

  • Set and monitor performance standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and experience
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary to ensure continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction
  • Provide regular training and coaching to the customer service team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the banking and financial services industry

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of banking and financial products is a plus, but not essential
  • Proficiency in using CRM and customer support software, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, or Psychology

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and experience management
  • Certification in customer service or experience management, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Experience Manager (CEM)
