Job Description:

As a Part Time Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment as per arenaflex's standards

• Investigate and diagnose issues with soft drink fountain equipment
• Maintain all refrigeration equipment in proper working condition
• Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic appearance
• Remain positive, function as a team player, and create excellent customer service-oriented organizations
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate

• Valid driver's license
• Technical aptitude to repair machines
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Adaptability to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, technical support, or a related field)

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
• Knowledge of soft drink fountain machines and other equipment
• Certification in customer service or technical support
