Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Online Customer Support at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of customer parcels
  • Accurately entering customer interactions and maintaining a proper record of customer interactions
  • Providing product information and answering customer queries about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing accurate and timely responses to customer queries

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to internal teams as needed
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of customer parcels
  • Accurately enter customer interactions and maintain a proper record of customer interactions to facilitate efficient issue resolution and customer feedback
  • Provide product information and answer customer queries about arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services

Requirements

* Be at least 16 years old (arenaflex offers online customer service jobs specifically designed for teens aged 16 and above)

  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with globally recognized communication platforms and online and social media
  • Good communication skills, including clear and effective communication in English
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
  • Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week and 2-3 hours per day
  • Typing skills: Good typing speed and accuracy required for efficiently handling customer inquiries and entering data
