Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights that drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven approaches to business challenges, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

* Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks (30%): + Develop and maintain complex data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making. + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and develop tailored solutions. + Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports and analytics to meet business needs.

• Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests (20%):

+ Develop and implement data visualization best practices to enhance report clarity and effectiveness. + Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights. + Collaborate with data scientists to develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

• Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail (20%):

+ Conduct thorough data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability. + Develop and maintain data validation processes to prevent errors and inconsistencies. + Collaborate with data engineers to develop and implement data governance policies.

• Foster additional technical capabilities and domain expertise within the core functional team (20%):

+ Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. + Collaborate with data scientists to develop and implement machine learning algorithms. + Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

• Present findings in easily understood ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall business strategy (10%):

+ Develop and deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to stakeholders. + Collaborate with business leaders to develop data-driven business cases and recommendations. + Ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decision-making processes.

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports

* This position reports to a Supervisor.

• This position has no immediate reports.

Travel Requirements

* Regularly requires travel under 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements

* Most time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about.

• Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area.

• Any disturbing circumstances would be rare and not objectionable.

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or similar data set frameworks.

• 2 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, and estimation.
• Prior direct involvement in analyzing significant topics (e.g., Inventory network, Marketing, Projects, etc.).
• B.S. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Finance, or related quantitative field.
