Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving service or billing complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Escalating complex issues to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual Spanish (not required but a plus)
  • Customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences
  • Data entry skills, with the ability to accurately document and record customer information
