Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced and visionary leader to oversee our customer care operations across Mexico, Peru, and Brazil. As the Director of Customer Service, you'll be responsible for driving functional site execution, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture that embodies arenaflex's values and commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our global customer service leadership team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Direct current reevaluated locales (Mexico, Peru, and Brazil) while adjusting to drive ideal execution and proficiency

  • Build a culture that upholds our essential intend to make the arenaflex experience stunningly better
  • Construct and keep an elite presentation culture where workers are profoundly drawn in and spurred
  • Collaborate intimately with site authority and Worldwide Client care the board to reliably offer unrivaled assistance and backing to arenaflex clients while conveying YoY cost proficiency
  • Lead and drive support projects and new drives that permit us to acquire experiences and recognize best practices to share across the worldwide CS organization
  • Make, create, and impact new techniques and work processes to oversee functional scale proficiently
  • Support your group as an asset for heightening and eliminate barriers
  • Construct solid scaffolds and tight organizations with cross-useful accomplices

Essential Qualifications

* 10+ years experience sloping and overseeing huge scope tasks at a multicountry level (1000+ representatives)

  • Demonstrated experience creating and driving enormous groups in a superior execution culture
  • History of building solid connections inside CS and cross-practical groups
  • Comprehension of electronic substance and streaming innovations liked
