Job Summary

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services. You will interact with customers, our Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. Responsibilities

* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding arenaflex products and services

  • Interact with customers, Customer Success Manager, and the sales team to handle a variety of post-sales service functions
  • Provide ongoing support to customers on website navigation and technical issues
  • Log all calls and support requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and timely support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, utilizing technology to stay connected with team members and customers

Requirements

* 2+ years of inbound customer support experience

  • Minimum of Associate's degree
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
  • Strong PC skills required, including use of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of Salesforce a plus
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer support software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams

* Competitive hourly rate of $22 - $26 per hour, plus uncapped performance-based commission
