Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support via email, phone, or chat. You'll troubleshoot technical concerns, escalate critical matters as needed, and work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide tier 1 user support via Zendesk email, phone, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot technical concerns, identifying and escalating critical matters to the relevant teams as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and releases
  • Analyze and report customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Work closely with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements

* Experience in customer support or similar in a high-growth environment, preferably in the tech industry

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to help solve complex problems end-to-end, thinking critically and creatively to resolve issues
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning
