Experienced Customer Success Manager – Sports Technology and Education

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers get the most out of our products, driving satisfaction, and growth.

Your Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and focus on the basketball market (pro to community), national and state level cricket, universities in Oceania, and secondary schools across New Zealand. As a CSM, you'll be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, ensuring maximum benefit and higher ROI from our subscription, and working towards quarterly and yearly renewal targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals

  • Provide exceptional support and account management, demonstrating our products, educating customers, and carrying out engagement and commercial activities
  • Work towards achieving quarterly and yearly renewal targets, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience

Must-Haves:

* Experience in a client-facing role, preferably at a technology company

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Technology-savvy, with a basic understanding of APIs and ability to pitch them to clients
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on driving expansion and renewals
  • Willingness to travel frequently, visiting customers on a monthly basis
  • Project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work with multiple stakeholders

Nice-to-Haves:

* Sports background or experience in the sports industry

  • Salesforce experience, although not required
  • Proactive and analytical, with a focus on seeking out ways to help customers improve their product experience
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems

Compensation:

The base salary range and on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are:

  • Base Salary Range: $56,000—$77,000 AUD
  • On-Target Earnings: $80,000—$110,000 AUD

Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
