Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Remote Customer Service

Job Summary:

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries, from routine to complex. You'll work closely with our internal and external business partners to resolve issues, provide solutions, and educate customers on our products, services, and solutions. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of our products and services will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internet, providing accurate and timely support to meet our customers' needs

  • Research and resolve complex issues, escalating situations as necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Effectively educate and influence customers on the value and benefits of our products, services, and solutions
  • Identify customer trends and communicate insights to our business partners, leaders, and divisions to drive improvements and solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and solutions to respond to customer inquiries accurately and consistently
  • Collaborate with our sales team to resolve customer inquiries related to orders and provide support as needed
  • Process claims and handle workflow fluctuations as required by our business needs
  • Participate in benefit fairs, open enrollment meetings, and client meetings to provide information to attendees
  • May require occasional overnight travel contingent on the Line of Business (LOB)

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in handling moderate to complex customer inquiries in call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries

  • Fluency in Spanish (bilingual) is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks, interact with customers, and document customer situations
  • Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously and maintain accurate records
  • Working knowledge of MS Office package and internet browser settings
  • Effective problem-solving, negotiations, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to use discretion and judgment in applying customer/call handling guidelines
  • Ability to listen, process transactions, and interact with customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight

Preferred Skills:

* Experience working in a remote customer service environment

  • Knowledge of online purchasing and e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with payment processing and payment collections
  • Experience with quality assurance testing for software applications

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $15.75 - $22.58, with eligible bonuses and commissions. arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
