Responsibilities

As a Czech Speaking Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to arenaflex's products efficiently, utilizing your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Documenting customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the CRM system, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex technical concerns, leveraging your communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and participating in ongoing training to improve your skills, ensuring you're always equipped to provide the best possible support.
  • Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in support processes, helping us to refine and enhance our services.
  • Assisting in onboarding and training new team members as needed, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Prior experience in technical support or IT is preferred but not essential, as we're committed to providing comprehensive training and development opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools, with a willingness to learn and master new systems.
