The Role

As an Experienced Bilingual Licensed Customer Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the support they need. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their queries and concerns
  • Contacting customers' banks and mortgage providers to obtain additional information
  • Creating and updating policies for customers to review
  • Submitting payments and issuing refunds
  • Educating customers on policies and coverages
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
  • Experience in a call center or high-incoming call volume environment
  • Fluency in Spanish (bilingual preferred)
  • Home insurance experience highly preferred
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Empathy towards others
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools
  • Comfort navigating multiple tools and windows simultaneously
  • A need for efficiency and a willingness to continuously improve processes

Availability and Training

We are seeking candidates who can work our following shifts (will be placed based on need):

  • 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
  • 10:00 AM-7:00 PM CST

You will also be required to participate in our mandatory paid 10-week training period. We are currently hiring for our August 25, 2025 class.
