Responsibilities
As an Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering Phones and Providing Exceptional Customer Service: You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support in both English and French.
- Quoting and Invoicing for Junk Removal Services: You'll work closely with our team to provide accurate quotes and invoices for our services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible value for their money.
- Coordinating with Drivers for Efficient Service Delivery: You'll work closely with our drivers to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive the best possible experience.
- Conducting Outreach and Following Up with Potential Leads: You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and for following up with potential leads to ensure that we're providing the best possible service.
- Handling Various Backend Tasks as They Arise: You'll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Some of the key requirements include:
- Proficiency in Both English and French: You'll need to be fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
