Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a way that meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update customer information, and escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including arenaflex's proprietary system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

  • A base salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week
