Key Responsibilities

As a Dutch Customer Advisor for arenaflex Diabetes Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first contact resolutions to customer queries, offering specialized customer support, and building meaningful relationships with customers
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide tailored solutions
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex Diabetes Care products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or proficient level of Dutch (C2) is required, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • English Language Skills: Intermediate level of English (at least B2) for training and documentation is required
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening, and superior writing skills
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail are essential
  • Curiosity and Desire to Learn: A desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator, and problem solver is required
  • Remote Work Requirements: High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work are necessary
  • EU Citizenship or Work Permit: Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
  • Relocation: Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
