Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise and mid-market customers, driving adoption and ensuring ROI
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives
  • Developing and executing customized success plans that align with customer business goals and objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, and developing strategies to capture new revenue streams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Analyzing customer data and dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and delivering presentations, reports, and other materials to stakeholders to communicate customer success metrics and progress

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-touch Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, with a proven track record of driving business growth and adoption
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable success plans
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and facilitate complex conversations
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and drive consensus, with a strong understanding of business operations and processes
  • Proficiency in using CSM and CRM tools, with comfort working with data and dashboards to drive business insights and decisions
