Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you will have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and availability. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.
Availability
