Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting students with enrollment, registration, and course selection processes
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating student information in our database
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, enrollment, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
