The Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – CX Solutions, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will be guided by our core values of empathy, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while also escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable private internet connection with a minimum speed of 5Mbps (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • Secure home office environment with minimal background noise and distractions

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience

  • At least 6 months of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Work from Home Technology Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, we require that you meet the following technology requirements:

  • Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
  • A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
  • Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
  • Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
  • ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
