Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for achieving net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin targets for assigned customers, including Costco. You'll leverage arenaflex's analytical tools and processes to drive profitable and predictable sales results, build and maintain sales plans, and manage trade fund budgets. This is a remote opportunity that requires some travel to Costco regions and arenaflex's headquarters in Hershey, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve net sales, market share, trade spend, and sales activity margin targets for assigned customers by simulating and planning incremental volume and pre and post analysis as well as displaying core competencies and behaviors.

  • Effectively utilize arenaflex's analytical tools (e.g. Trade Winds, IRI, Ahold TradePoint system, EYC Loyalty data and RSI, etc.) and processes to drive profitable and predictable sales results.
  • Build and maintain appropriate sales plans in Trade Winds.
  • Manage trade fund budget to include clearing deductions.
  • Monitor and control customer expenses to include WASTE and supply chain costs.
  • Develop and provide resources and tools to the retail team.
  • Achieve appropriate levels of account penetration.
  • Work collaboratively with arenaflex Seasonal CSE and Shopper Engagement.
  • Some travel required to Costco regions as well as arenaflex, PA on a regular basis.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

  • At least 8 years relevant sales experience.
  • Experience calling on Costco is preferred.
  • Core competencies needed for the CSE include the ability to adapt, initiate, innovate, negotiate, prioritize, display a high level of integrity, and effectively work closely with the extended team.

• Experience in the confectionery industry or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs.
