Key Responsibilities

As a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Service:

+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English. + Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution in a courteous and professional manner. + Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and proactive follow-up.

Sales Support:

+ Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions. + Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals. + Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English as needed.

Language Support:

+ Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members. + Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications between Japanese and English.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Qualifications
