Job Summary We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for providing phone and email support to our customers, managing the support queue, and addressing inquiries within key performance indicators (KPIs). Responsibilities As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities: * Provide phone and email support to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Manage the support queue, prioritizing and addressing customer inquiries within KPIs * Articulate product information, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines * Uphold Gladly agent standards, ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience * Collaborate with distribution centers and customers, both remotely and in-office, with a preference for Mountain Studio nearby * Report to Customer Experience Shift Managers, receiving guidance and support as needed Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred * Intermediate computer and typing skills required, with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Products preferred * Previous experience in customer service preferred, with a strong background in outdoor apparel or apparel knowledge a plus * Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude and ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Versatility, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to collaborate with a team * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required Benefits As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy the following benefits: * Start date: October 1st * $18/hour starting wage * Full-time, hourly non-exempt role with flexible scheduling (30-40 hours per week) after initial 2-week training period * Holiday hours required, with Holiday Pay and Paid Sick Time * Seasonal role available through March 2026 * Gear Test credit * Seasonal employees will receive a Stio WFH equipment package Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
