Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive essential prescription coverage. You'll be responsible for managing incoming faxes and phone calls, verifying patient information, and ensuring seamless prescription coverage. Key Responsibilities

* Manage and process incoming faxes from healthcare providers, patients, and medications

  • Verify accuracy of patient information, including dates of birth and medication dosages
  • Proactively follow up with providers to obtain missing data
  • Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage
  • Handle approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather patient information

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in managing fax and phone communications efficiently
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Residency in Massachusetts (required)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
