What We're Looking For
We're seeking passionate and goal-oriented individuals with a drive to succeed. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, educating customers about their warranties, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
- Educate customers about their warranties and resolve any issues that may arise
- Utilize problem-solving skills to find solutions rather than just identifying problems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role, with conflict resolution experience
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
- Reliable and secure internet connection, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT, or NV
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, psychology)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
- Fluency in a second language (e.g. Spanish, French, Mandarin)
