Experienced Overnight Customer Support Specialist – Remote Opportunity at arenaflex

As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our internal and external clients, responding to inquiries through various communication channels, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of our 24x7x365 department.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team on an overnight shift. As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing department inbox. Key Responsibilities:

* Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage department inbox

  • Utilize strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with ticketing systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Be available to work overnight shifts, including Tuesday to Friday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST and Saturday to Tuesday 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM CST

Requirements:

* An Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in customer support or client relations

  • Ability to work an occasional flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and additional hours during peak times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely

Essential Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer support or client relations role

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer support or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $24/hour to $26/hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
