Key Responsibilities:

As an Instagram Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Shopify partners, driving customer engagement and sales growth through timely and accurate responses on Instagram. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing direct messages on Instagram for various online businesses with large followings, responding to inquiries related to product details, shipping rates, return policies, and promotional information.
  • Utilizing pre-prepared documents with answers to frequently asked questions to provide accurate and timely responses, enhancing customer interaction and contributing to sales growth.
  • Working independently, adhering to detailed instructions and maintaining a high level of productivity in a remote setting.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A device (phone or tablet) with access to Instagram and a reliable internet connection.
  • The ability to work independently, with a strong commitment to adhering to detailed instructions and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours based on performance.
