Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our valued members and healthcare providers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries from members, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Assisting members in understanding their benefits, coverage, and claims processing, empowering them to make informed healthcare decisions.
- Navigating various computer systems to access and update member information, process claims, and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:
