Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming contacts for arenaflex brands via voice, email, and chat
- Processing reservation requests and supporting basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identifying guest reservation needs and following sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- To live within 100 miles of Austin, TX CEC
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed
