As a Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, building rapport with customers and internal stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop standardized reporting tools. Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze large datasets to distill actionable insights and present findings in a compelling story to internal stakeholders and customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders as a product and industry expert
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, manage, and maintain standardized reporting tools
• Provide data-driven recommendations to customers on how to leverage our products to support their hiring goals
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points, and use this knowledge to inform product development and customer success strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation at arenaflex

Requirements:

* Degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience with proven ability to present technical content to non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets
• Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
• Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance
• Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product, Decision Science, and Marketing

• 5+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis
• Experience working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
• Deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for growth
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
