Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them make informed decisions about their benefits. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their members.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to union members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Educate union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation, including health insurance, life insurance, and other benefits
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them make informed decisions about their benefits
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to union members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and benefits information
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements for Consideration

* Flexible hours

  • Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
  • Proven customer service skills and experience working with union members or a similar population
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their members
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
