Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer support: Deliver top-notch support via chats, emails, and other communication channels.
- Building positive and long-lasting relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Meeting team KPIs: Achieve and exceed performance targets, ensuring high-quality support.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Native Japanese and English communication skills: Fluency in both languages is essential for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role: Proven experience in customer support is necessary to excel in this position.
- Experience with cryptocurrency platforms: Familiarity with cryptocurrency platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Analytical and research skills: Strong analytical and research skills are essential for resolving complex customer issues.
- Positive and responsible attitude: A positive and responsible attitude is crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload): Ensure you have a reliable device and internet connection to perform your duties.

* Experience with CRM systems: Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
